At Distak, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Exchanges: We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@distak.shop.

• Non-returnable items: For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned (for example, personal care items or customized products).
